Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions

By placing an order for a roll-off dumpster, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and accepts full responsibility for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise approved by the company. Additional charges for overweight loads, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, relocation of the dumpster, or other applicable fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible location for delivery. The customer warrants that the requested placement location is suitable to support the weight of the truck and dumpster.

The company is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, landscaping, sidewalks, curbs, or any concealed structures located beneath the placement area.

Roll-off dumpsters are extremely heavy and may cause scratches, cracks, dents, or other damage to driveways, concrete, asphalt, pavers, sidewalks, curbs, or other surfaces.

If the customer is concerned about protecting a driveway or other placement surface, it is solely the customer's responsibility to request wooden boards before delivery.

If no request is made, the dumpster will be placed directly on the designated surface.

By renting a dumpster, the customer accepts all risk of damage to the driveway or placement surface and agrees that the company, its owners, employees, and drivers shall not be liable for any scratches, cracks, dents, surface markings, or any other damage resulting from the delivery, placement, use, or removal of the dumpster.

The following materials are prohibited unless specifically approved by the company:

• Hazardous waste
• Chemicals
• Paints and solvents
• Asbestos
• Batteries
• Tires
• Refrigerators and appliances containing refrigerants
• Propane tanks
• Gasoline or fuels
• Medical waste
• Explosives
• Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Additional disposal fees may apply for unauthorized materials.

Each dumpster includes a specified weight allowance. Any weight exceeding the included limit will be billed at the company's current overage rate.

The customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring clear access for delivery and pickup.
• Not overfilling the dumpster above the top edge.
• Keeping prohibited materials out of the dumpster.
• Obtaining any required permits.
• Preventing damage caused by misuse of the dumpster.

The customer agrees to ensure the dumpster is accessible on the scheduled pickup date. Additional trip charges may apply if pickup cannot be completed due to blocked access.

The company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the rental. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the rental or use of the dumpster.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, drivers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from the customer's use of the dumpster.

By completing a dumpster rental reservation, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
